Jigsaw
You and me, we’re sitting on a boat
And I, live the life he wrote, For us
Will we make it to the shore?
This jigsaw we play
It fits so easily
But I can’t face the face I see
So I scatter it all over the place
Who chose these lines?
Who wrote me inside?
I want my life
I’ll see you on the out side
You and me, we roam inside this plot
But I, am not the part I got
So I turn in this mask I wear
These goals we seek
Make this all seem real
But, someone else turns the wheel
I’ll take my chance tonite
I’ve served my time
Given reasons, but no rhyme
I know the end is mine
Run! Running out of time
Crash, pieces fly around
Airbags, have deployed now,
We bleed, but this is real for the very first time
You and me, we’re sitting on a boat
living the life I wrote
We’ve made it to my shore
I hide you here
I write your lines, cradle you from fear
You’re still far from free
It all fits when you’re free of me
