Mathangi is the new lead vocalist of our band Antardhwani, and yeah you havta hear her sing Dum Maro Dum. She delivered an awesome performance at our first show with her for Diwali, 2005, and I found out her voice was even better than I thot it was.
However, our friendship goes way back before our Antardhwani days. I got to know her as Anu and Saranga's friend, but between cracking jokes at each other's expense and competing to see who can make better Gobi dishes we have gotten really close.

Okay, she is a great dancer: I hear she rocks at bharatnatyam and my friends who have seen her act vouch for it but I am yet to check out one of her shows. However, she is my dance partner at most parties that sport loud music including Navratri, 2005, and thats always fun.

I've always been the odd one out who randomly quotes the similarity of moments in real life to those in sit-coms. But I am no longer alone, Mathangi matches me at it though she lost a $30 bet on an episode of her favorite show Friends (Thanks for lending me seasons 4,5 and 6 by the way!)
